A Surreal Soirée

HEAR all about our event...

Rachel Richardson, 2026 Chair, invites you to prepare to cross the threshold into a domain where the familiar dissolves into the magnificent. This majestic night is rendered in the deep, luminous, jewel-toned nexus where logic takes its leave and the sublime takes hold.

The Dress Code: Imagination Unbound

Let your attire be the most extravagant kaleidoscope of your waking dreams.  Let your soul's vibrant tapestry take shape.

Expect the exquisite melting of the mundane. Surrender to the labyrinth of wonder. Gaze inward and whisper the timeless query: What is the nature of our presence here? Dance through the sanctuary of magical moments until the stroke of midnight reveals a truth spun only from motion and melody.

You will be the architect of your own existence.  The moment will be your universe.

Date: Saturday, the Seventh of March, Two Thousand and Twenty-Six

Venue: The Vault at Blue Flag Distillery

Time: From the Sixth Hour past Noon until the Final Chime of Midnight (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

New to the Auction? Watch this video summary of the 2025 event

The Super Supper & Auction is a themed evening designed to bring our school community together in support of The Oakridge School. It’s a special night that blends fine dining, meaningful connection, and spirited fundraising into one memorable experience — and a chance to get dressed up and enjoy a night out while making a direct investment in Oakridge’s mission.

The evening begins with a beautifully prepared silent auction, delicious food, and cocktails, inviting guests to put on their best attire, step into an upscale atmosphere, and enjoy a relaxed meal with fellow parents, faculty, and supporters of the school. It’s a chance to slow down, connect, and celebrate the vibrant community that defines Oakridge.

Following dinner, guests take part in an exciting live auction featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of donated items and experiences. From unique gifts and themed packages to one-of-a-kind opportunities, the silent and live auctions bring energy and anticipation to the evening. In addition to bidding, guests are invited to participate in a special fundraising moment focused on supporting the school's core needs, allowing every attendee to make a meaningful, immediate impact.

Funds raised through the Super Supper & Auction play a vital role in supporting Oakridge’s annual operating budget and helping bridge the tuition gap—the difference between tuition revenue and the true cost of providing an Oakridge education. While tuition covers approximately 91% of the cost of education, philanthropic support is essential to sustaining the remaining portion and ensuring long-term stability.

By far, Oakridge’s greatest investment — and its most important asset — is its people.

Because the Super Supper & Auction directly impacts every student’s experience, participation from our parent community is essential. Every bid placed, donation made, and sponsorship secured helps sustain the high-quality education Oakridge families expect and value.

Proceeds from the Super Supper & Auction also help ensure faculty salaries remain competitive, allow the school to enhance academic and enrichment programs, support student resources such as technology, arts, and athletics, and provide flexibility to respond to unexpected needs. Just as importantly, the event strengthens community connections, reinforcing the shared responsibility we all have in supporting Oakridge and its students.

More than just a fundraiser, the Super Supper & Auction is a celebration — a night to dress up, come together, and give back. Guests leave with wonderful memories, a deeper connection to the school, and the satisfaction of knowing their generosity directly supports Oakridge’s people, programs, and future.

Your support of this annual event is appreciated very much. Reserve your seat at this amazing event today, and we'll see you at the Auction!
